Equity Health Solutions Ltd operates as an appointed representative of PCH under an appointed representative contract for services, trading under their own business name. Equity Health Solutions Ltd is authorised by the FCA under PCH. We are data controllers in relation to the work we carry out for our clients (Data Subjects). In our contractual relationship with PCH we are Joint Data Controllers as both parties have a degree of independence in processing the ‘Data Subjects’ personal data.
